Huckleberry Bliss

Huckleberry Bliss is made with an intensely flavorful, wild berry found growing exclusively at elevations between 3,500 - 7,000 feet.

The mountains of the Pacific Northwest provide the crisp alpine nights and consistent moisture the berries require. Huckleberries have never been cultivated successfully- consequently, these delightful fruits are harvested one at a time by berry pickers.

To create this unique chocolate, we blend succulent, fresh huckleberries into our smooth butter-cream fondant. These delicious handmade morsels are then drenched in our premium milk or dark semisweet chocolate. Since huckleberries are relatively scarce our supply of these blissful chocolates is limited.
